Tata Consultancy Services Limited is hiring an On-Site Support Engineer to join our UK IT team. You will handle end-user device support, manage desktop and network issues, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure service excellence across Windows and Mac environments.

You will install, configure and troubleshoot hardware, software and security updates, while maintaining the incident pipeline in SNOW and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience providing on-site desk-side IT support.
• Proficient with VMware AirWatch/Workspace One/Intune.
• Familiar with O365 product suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with SNOW ITSM and IT ticketing.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Provide on-site analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop issues.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain end-user hardware and software.
• Serve as the primary IT contact at site for contract issues.
• Manage hardware break/fix and warranty support for devices.
• Configure new users to the domain and set up machines.
• Maintain the IT ticketing system and analyze service desk data.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity and security updates.
