Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd. seeks an SC-cleared IT Support Specialist for on-site, 6-month assignment in Warton, Lancashire. You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support within a major Defence environment and work closely with the UK-based Service Operations team.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage ServiceNow incidents, and take ownership of local laptop builds, configuration and deployment, ensuring secure, timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• Active SC Security Clearance is essential.
• Experience in IT service desk, desktop support or L2 support.
• Hands-on laptop hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow reporting and dashboards.
• Ability to work on-site in a fully on-site environment and UK hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Level 1 and Level 2 IT support on-site to users.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS and basic network issues.
• Log, manage and resolve incidents through ServiceNow; keep users updated.
