A leading law firm in Edinburgh is seeking a full-time On-site IT Service Desk Technician to provide vital technical support and ensure the smooth operation of IT services. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, remaining calm under pressure and possessing strong communication skills. You will work collaboratively within a supportive team atmosphere. As our IT Department grows, we are recruiting for a full time On‑site IT Service Desk Technician in our Edinburgh office on a permanent basis. This is a personable and customer-focused role to develop your technology skillset.
In this role you will provide on‑the‑ground support to our Edinburgh office, including ensuring the smooth running of video conferencing and audio‑visual equipment during meetings and events, alongside service desk incident resolution and escalation. We are looking for a keen problem‑solver who is eager to go the extra mile to find solutions; you will join a friendly and hardworking service desk team where developing our people is at the heart of the business.
As an On‑site IT Service Desk Technician you will have the opportunity to make an impact in a progressive team. The IT Service Desk is the first point of contact for our users, providing support, guidance or diagnosis of simple technical problems, as well as escalation.
