Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing is seeking an on-site Housing with Support Manager for a Later Living scheme in Nottingham. The role covers a 36-hour week (Mon-Fri) at Rugby Road with on-call duties and additional remuneration. A full driving licence and car for work are required.

The post focuses on the safe, efficient running of the scheme and being the first point of contact for housing and support queries, presenting a professional image to customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience and awareness of wellbeing and housing needs of vulnerable older persons.
• Ability to take a positive approach to problem solving and be decisive in decisions.
• Good understanding of Housing Management responsibilities and tenancy rights and obligations.
• Knowledge of legislation relevant to this customer group.
• Good understanding of customer service.
• Awareness of adult safeguarding procedures and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe and effective running of the housing scheme on site.
• Act as single point of access for customers on housing and support queries.
• Represent the organisation professionally to customers, visitors and stakeholders.
