Job summary

Avalon is seeking a proactive Supported Housing Manager based in Nottingham, covering the North of the country with regular travel to sites in Nottingham, the Midlands and the North. You will manage a team of Housing Officers, oversee tenancy and void management, and ensure compliance with housing standards and regulations.

The role emphasizes travel (2-3 days per week), performance reporting, and collaboration with support providers to deliver high-quality Intensive Housing Management services

Qualifications

• Experience in housing management or supervisory roles within housing associations or supported housing providers.

Responsibilities

• Line-manage three Housing Officers, conduct performance reviews, and guide on complex cases.
• Directly manage a small portfolio of residential properties, tenancy and void management.
