Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing is seeking an enthusiastic Housing with Support Manager for on-site duties at Rugby Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham. The role covers 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an on-call rota and extra renumeration when allocated.

A full driving licence and car are required for work purposes.

Qualifications

• Experience and awareness of the wellbeing and housing needs of vulnerable older persons.
• The ability to take a positive approach to problem solving and be decisive in your own decisions.
• A good understanding of Housing Management responsibilities and tenancy agreements rights and obligations.
• Knowledge and understanding of the relevant legislation relevant to this customer group.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of customer service.
• Good awareness of adult safeguarding procedures and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• On-site Housing with Support Manager for the Midlands area, based at Rugby Road in West Bridgford (Nottingham).
• Role requires 36 hours per week, five days, with on-call rota and additional renumeration when allocated.
• Must have a full driving licence and a car for work use.

This role

Metropolitan Thames Valley are currently looking for an enthusiastic Housing specialist to join as on-site Housing with Support Managers in the Midlands area. The role at Rugby Road is 36 hours per week 5 days Monday to Friday. This role has a requirement to take part on an on-call rota – there is extra renumeration payment for this if allocated. We ask that all applicants have a full driving licence and a car to use for work purposes.
