Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Roving Ambassador (Facilities Assistant) to deliver a 5-star experience for visitors and colleagues at client sites across the region. You will support the Front of House Manager and Facilities Manager, manage meeting room setups, AV checks, and general workspace coordination while staying on your feet and remaining highly organised.

Qualifications

• Experience in prestigious corporate workplaces or high-end 5* hotels (min 2 years).
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Immaculate grooming and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Meeting rooms and event space setup and resets to layouts.
• Greet visitors with a concierge-level approach and assist colleagues.
• Daily ownership of touchpoints, housekeeping standards and access control.
• Manage visitor check-ins/check-outs and smooth access.
• Proactively manage queues and coordinate with FOH and facilities teams.
• Provide AV support for meetings and verify equipment functioning.
• Maintain safety and security of colleagues and visitors.
