Job summary

Total Facilities Recruitment Limited seeks a Workplace Experience Ambassador for a temporary contract at our Reading site. You will work in the front of house team on the ground floor, ensuring tenants and visitors experience a 5* service while performing admin duties. Shifts run 7am–6pm, Monday to Friday.

Based in Reading, the role requires DBS clearance and involves interacting with multiple teams to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain space usage records and event calendars.

Qualifications

• DBS check is required.
• Front of house/reception experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure building spaces are set up and maintained to enhance the experience of tenants and visitors.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external visitors.
• Manage front of house services and direct incoming queries.
• Plan and assist with setup of events and meeting spaces including furniture and signage.
• Maintain and update records of space bookings and event calendars.
• Support other facilities team services as required.
