• Capable of multitasking in a busy front-of-house environment.

Aufgaben

• Meeting Rooms and Porterage: Set up and reset meeting rooms and event spaces to specified layouts.
• Warm Welcomes: Greet and assist visitors with a concierge-level approach.
• Manage key areas: Ensure touchpoints meet layouts, fabric, housekeeping standards and are fully functional.
• Efficient check-ins/outs: Manage visitor flow and access control.
• Queue management: Proactively streamline arrival and departure experiences.
• Facility coordination: Support FOH and facilities teams to maintain workspace standards.
• Technical support: Provide first-class AV support and check equipment regularly.
• Security: Maintain safety and vigilance on site.
