Job summary

Avison Young are seeking a Workplace FM Ambassador to support the Manchester office, ensuring smooth daily operations and a high standard of facilities service. You will coordinate with external partners and act as the local point of contact for facilities issues.

The role involves health and safety responsibilities and onboarding new colleagues, contributing to a positive and well-run office environment in the City Centre офис.

Avison Young are looking for a Workplace Ambassador with experience of Facilities Management to be based at our Manchester Office. We have lovely offices, including a roof terrace in the City Centre.

The Workplace FM Ambassador Will

• Act as part of the Workplace Experience (WEx) team, lead and provide a user focused office FM solution that is built on the foundations of exceeding expectations, acting as local main point of contact for facilities related issues under Central Services’ scope
• Ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations of the office space through effective coordination of 3rd party supply chain services, including but not limited to cleaning, hygiene, vending, M&E and Landlord services
• Act as HSESC (Health, Safety, Environment, and Security) representative with responsibility for health and safety within the office to promote a safe and healthy working environment, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Support with onboarding and Office inductions for all Avison Young colleagues
