Places for People in London is seeking a Porter to join our on-site team, working during the day to help ensure the development remains safe, well-presented and welcoming for residents and visitors. You will support site security, carry out health and safety checks, assist residents and coordinate with the House Manager and cleaning teams to keep daily operations running smoothly.

This visible, service-focused role requires a proactive, customer-friendly approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in building services such as concierge or caretaking.
• Customer-facing on-site experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic IT system knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day site security and monitor access.
• Assist health and safety checks across the development.
• Be a visible on-site presence and assist residents and visitors.
• Support the on-site cleaning team with additional tasks.
• Work closely with the operations team to share information.
• Respond to incidents or emergencies per procedures.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Provide information to the Property Manager daily.
