Places for People is recruiting a Porter to join our on-site team in London. You’ll work daytime hours and help ensure the development remains safe, well-presented and welcoming for residents and visitors, providing a visible, service-focused presence on site.

Under the supervision of the House Manager and operations colleagues, you’ll support site security, carry out health and safety checks, assist residents, and help the cleaning team to keep the site running smoothly with excellent customer

Qualifications

• Experience in building services such as concierge or caretaking.
• Emergency First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in customer-facing, on-site roles is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Supporting day-to-day site security and monitoring access as required
• Assisting with health and safety compliance checks across the development
• Being a visible presence on site and assisting residents and visitors when needed
• Supporting the on-site cleaning team with additional tasks as directed
• Working closely with the operations team to ensure accurate information sharing
• Responding appropriately to incidents or emergencies in line with procedures
• Contributing to a positive, professional customer experience across the development
• Providing information to the Property Manager on a daily basis
