Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations to specification and quality standards.
Develop cleaning schedules, manage resources, and ensure supplies and equipment.
Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff; conduct performance reviews.
Maintain strong client relationships; conduct regular meetings and report to stakeholders.
Ensure health, safety compliance, risk assessments, and COSHH documentation.
Monitor budgets and control costs while maintaining service quality.
