This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining cost efficiency.## **Key Responsibilities****Operational Management** The Site Manager oversees day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring all contracted services are delivered to specification and quality standards. They conduct regular site inspections, implement quality control procedures, and address any service deficiencies promptly. The role includes developing and maintaining cleaning schedules, managing resource allocation, and ensuring adequate supplies and equipment are available.**Team Leadership** This position involves recruiting, training, and supervising cleaning staff, including conducting performance reviews and managing disciplinary procedures when necessary. The Site Manager creates staff rotas, manages attendance and absence, and ensures appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
