Abm-Industries-Inc.-2 is seeking a Cleaning Lead for a 24/7 site in London. You will manage the cleaning operation, oversee HR processes, reporting, and client liaison to ensure a consistently clean and safe environment.

The role requires leadership across a team of cleaners and presentation operatives, with responsibility for scheduling, training, performance, and budget management. Strong compliance with ISO9001 and GDPR is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience leading cleaning/presentation teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and client liaison.
• Ability to manage budgets and payroll.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and GDPR requirements.
• Fluent in English; other European languages desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Cleaning/Presentation team to a positive working environment.
• Plan cleaning operations with schedules and task sign-off.
• Train and develop the team for best practices and guest experience.
• Maintain cleaning standards, safety and compliance.
• Manage budgets and forecast spends; report results.
• Oversee rosters and payroll for colleagues.
• Recruitment, induction, and development of staff.
• Ensure KPI/SLA compliance and conduct quality audits.
