Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive understanding of Building Services Engineering (MEP).
• Proven ability to lead an engineering team and manage safety.
• Experience with maintenance/inspection of MEP assets and compliance.
• Experience attending client site meetings and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the account-based engineering team.
• Prepare reports, plans and ensure SLA compliance.
• Oversee safe operation of all MEP assets and OEM standards.
• Coordinate vendor works and change management approvals.
• Monitor CMMS tasks and ensure timely completion.
