Qualifications

• Experience as Mechanical Engineer or similar role in facilities management or property services.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, pumps, motors and controls.
• Proficient in diagnosing faults and performing planned maintenance.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Proactive, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical systems and equipment (HVAC, pumps, motors).
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Diagnose and repair faults, responding to emergencies to minimize disruption.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Maintain records of maintenance work orders and equipment data.
