Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate with clients and teams clearly.
• Experience in operational management within a large site environment.
• Proven ability to develop and coach teams to meet standards.
• Experience delivering services to a high-profile retail/hospitality environment.
• BICSc qualification is preferred; IOSH is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cleaning/Presentation team to maintain a positive, motivated environment.
• Plan and schedule all cleaning operations with clear task signoffs.
• Develop the team with training and robust working practices.
• Manage cleaning operations to high standards including safety, standards, and guest experience.
• Control budgets, payroll and staffing levels with accurate forecasting.
• Ensure KPI/SLA adherence and handle non-compliance with action plans.
• Conduct quality audits and ensure ISO9001 compliance and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with HR/Learning & Development for staff training and development.
• Maintain data protection compliance (GDPR) across operations.
• Communicate effectively with the Senior leadership team and client stakeholders.
