Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads and customers who have requested contact.
• Build rapport and quickly understand each customer’s individual needs.
• Use empathy and listening skills to provide a first-class customer experience.
• Qualify enquiries and book appointments for Field Sales Advisors.
• Manage and maintain busy diaries for the field sales team.
• Reconfirm appointments and proactively reschedule where necessary.
• Help optimise sales routes and minimise unnecessary travel.
• Ensure every genuine sales opportunity is followed up and fulfilled.
• Work towards individual and team targets while maintaining high customer service standards.
