Catering is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of client accounts, win new business, deliver exceptional candidates, and mentor junior consultants. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy to placement, build strong candidate pipelines, and develop lasting client relationships in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years recruitment experience, ideally within Industrial recruitment.
• Proven track record in a target-driven recruitment environment.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded, resilient and highly motivated.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and grow existing client accounts
• Earn 10% commission on your billings
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy to placement
• Build and maintain strong, high-quality candidate pipelines
• Develop long-term client and candidate relationships
• Consistently hit and exceed billing targets
• Support and mentor junior consultants, sharing your experience and knowledge
