Job summary

Leo Technology is seeking a 1st/2nd Line Support specialist to join a small IT team in Rainham, Essex. You will resolve Windows & Microsoft 365 issues, manage a mixed environment, and support a growing IT infrastructure with external partners.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and security, and enjoy ownership from issue to resolution. This on-site role offers training, progression, and a pension plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or desktop support environments.
• Exposure to Microsoft infrastructure and cloud services.
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365 and server technologies.
• Proactive, organized and good communicator with partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line user support both in person and remotely.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Office 365, and desktop hardware issues.
• Maintain 30–40 PCs and the physical/virtual server estate.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Support Microsoft 365 accounts, licenses and security.
• Monitor endpoint security and backups; assist with IT infra projects.
