Job summary

Leo Technology Limited is seeking a 1/2 Line Support professional to join a small IT team in Rainham, Essex. You’ll handle day-to-day Microsoft infrastructure tasks, user support, and security, working on-site with colleagues and external partners.

The role offers exposure to Windows, 365 services, AD, and cloud technologies, with an emphasis on proactive problem solving and ownership of issues through to resolution. A Monday–Friday on-site schedule applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT or desktop support, with Microsoft infrastructure exposure.
• Proactive, organised, able to prioritise requests and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to own issues from initial contact to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1/2 Line Support to users in person and remotely.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Office, Microsoft 365 and hardware.
• Assist with Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy administration.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 security and MDM.
• Manage endpoint security and backups.
• Collaborate with external IT partners and providers.
