Job summary

Odevo UK is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver 1st and 2nd line support both remotely and on-site across our offices and client sites. The role involves assisting colleagues, concierge and front-of-house teams, ensuring IT systems run smoothly.

You will manage incidents via Freshservice, administer Microsoft 365 and AD, and support laptops, desktops and mobile devices. Some travel and UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in 1st line service desk or on-site IT support
• Strong Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory skills
• Working understanding of networking, including Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP and VPN

Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues remotely and on site
• Manage support requests via telephone, email, Teams and Freshservice
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory accounts and permissions
• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals
• Support IT audits, site onboarding and knowledge-sharing documentation
