Our Client is looking to strengthen their internal IT function with the appointment of a 1st / 2nd Line Support professional. This is a varied, hands‑on position suited to someone who enjoys solving technical issues, supporting users and getting involved with the wider IT environment. You'll be part of a small IT function, working closely with an IT Specialist and external technology partners while taking responsibility for a range of day‑to‑day support and infrastructure tasks.

You'll provide day‑to‑day technical support across the business while assisting with the administration and maintenance of the company's IT environment.

We're looking for someone with previous experience in an IT support or desktop support environment, ideally with exposure to both user support and Microsoft infrastructure.

We're looking for someone who takes a proactive approach to IT support rather than simply reacting when something goes wrong. You'll need to be organised, methodical and comfortable prioritising multiple requests while maintaining a high level of service for users. Good communication skills are important, as you'll be dealing with colleagues across the business as well as external IT partners.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys getting stuck into technical problems, finding solutions and taking ownership of issues through to resolution. This role could take full ownership of the existing and future IT Infrastructure setup!
