Aviva plc is seeking an OIC/MOJ-savvy RTA Claims Handler to join our Claims team in the Legal Services department. You will progress a mix of litigated and non-litigated RTA claims, coordinating with customers, legal reps and colleagues to secure fair outcomes.

OIC/MOJ RTA Claims Handler – Salary circa £32,000
This is a great job for someone who enjoys helping people through challenging situations and wants to make a real difference when it matters most. You'll have experience handling Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims and be confident managing your own caseload. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems and delivering great customer outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
A bit about the job:
You'll join our Claims team within the legal services department and help customers move their Road Traffic Accident claims forward with confidence. You'll manage a varied caseload of litigated and non-litigated claims, working closely with customers, legal representatives and colleagues to achieve fair outcomes. Your expertise will help us deliver excellent customer experiences while maintaining high technical standards. You'll make important decisions, provide clear guidance and keep claims progressing efficiently. You'll also help us improve the way we work so we can continue being there for our customers when they need us most.
