Job summary

Aviva in Leeds is seeking an OIC/MOJ RTA Claims Handler to support customers through road traffic accident claims and progress a varied caseload with confidence.

You’ll join the Claims team in the legal services department, handling litigated and non-litigated claims, communicating clearly with customers, legal representatives and colleagues to deliver fair outcomes and maintain high technical standards.

Qualifications

• Experience handling RTA PI claims end-to-end in insurance or legal settings.
• Knowledge of the Official Injury Claim (OIC) and MOJ process for personal injury claims.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Customer-focused approach with experience working toward service targets.
