Our client is seeking an experienced OFSTED Registered Manager to lead their Children's Homes in Crewe. They provide safe, nurturing environments for children unable to live with their families, emphasizing emotional wellbeing alongside physical health.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare) or working towards it.
Minimum 2 years' experience managing an Ofsted-rated 'good' or above home, with strong knowledge of legislation including The Children's Homes England Regulations 2015, Quality Standards 2015, the Children's Act 1989, Children Act 2004, Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023, and related legislation.
This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday, with some weekend work required.
Salary is up to GBP50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
