Growthnext Stepsat in Leeds (open to other locations) are seeking an Offsite Standardisation Manager with a mechanical/electrical bias to lead the development and embedding of standardised offsite products across design and site delivery.

You will work with cross-functional teams to drive DFMA principles, BIM coordination in Revit libraries, and stakeholder engagement while prioritising safety and innovative design approaches.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mechanical/electrical building services projects.
• Background in offsite manufacturing, DFMA, or standardisation within construction/MEP.
• Strong communication skills to drive change and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with BIM processes and digital engineering (Revit libraries, data structures).

Responsabilités

• Lead development and adoption of standardised offsite products across the business.
• Collaborate with technical, offsite manufacturing, design, estimating and project delivery teams.
• Embed standardised solutions in designs and on-site delivery.
• Coordinate BIM and maintain Revit libraries for standard products.
• Ensure standard products are included in tender solutions and cost models.
• Capture learnings and expand the product suite.
