Growthnext Stepsat seeks an Offsite Standardisation Manager with an electrical/mechanical bias to lead standardised offsite products across the business. Leeds-based with openness to other locations, the role embeds OS solutions into designs and on-site delivery.

You will collaborate across technical, offsite manufacturing, design, estimating and project delivery to drive DFMA, BIM (Revit libraries) and costed roadmaps while ensuring safety and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mechanical/electrical building services projects.
• Background in offsite manufacturing, DFMA, or standardisation within construction/MEP.
• Experience with BIM processes and digital engineering (Revit libraries, data structures).
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, costing, and programme impacts.
• Experience in developing repeatable products or standard solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and adoption of standardised offsite products.
• Collaborate with project teams to embed standardised solutions in designs.
• Develop a structured product roadmap aligned to business strategy.
• Coordinate with BIM, design, estimating and delivery teams for DFMA adoption.
• Champion safety, quality and cost-conscious design decisions.
