Job summary

Growthnext Stepsat is seeking an Offsite Standardisation Manager with an electrical/mechanical bias to lead standardised offsite (OSM) product development and adoption in Leeds, with flexibility for other locations. You will collaborate across technical, offsite manufacturing, design, estimating, and project delivery to embed standardised solutions on-site.

Your role requires driving DFMA-focused design, aligning products with business strategy, and coordinating with BIM teams to maintain Revit

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mechanical/electrical building services projects.
• Background in offsite manufacturing, DFMA, or standardisation within construction/MEP.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with BIM processes and digital engineering (Revit libraries, data structures).
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, costing, and programme impacts.
• Experience in developing repeatable products or standard solutions.
