Job summary
Growthnext Stepsat is seeking an Offsite Standardisation Manager with a mechanical/electrical bias to lead standardised offsite (OSM) products across the business. Location: Leeds (open to other locations). Salary: Competitive + Car Allowance + Flexible Benefits.
You will spearhead development, implementation and adoption of standardised solutions and ensure on-site delivery aligns with strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, offsite manufacturing,
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in mechanical/electrical building services projects.
- Background in offsite manufacturing, DFMA or standardisation within construction/MEP.
- Strong communication and stakeholder influence across disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Champion safety culture in all activities.
- Develop and maintain standardised offsite products and DFMA principles.
- Collaborate with design, estimating and project delivery to embed products in designs.
- Coordinate with BIM team to manage RevIT libraries and data structures.
- Support tender solutions and cost models with standardised products.
