Job summary

Growthnext Stepsat is recruiting an Offsite Standardisation Manager with a mechanical/electrical bias to lead standardised offsite products. You will collaborate with technical, manufacturing, design, estimating and delivery teams to embed solutions from design through to on-site delivery.

You will champion DFMA, drive product roadmaps and maintain BIM libraries while aligning with business strategy and market needs. Leeds-based with flexibility for other locations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mechanical/electrical building services projects.
• Background in offsite manufacturing, DFMA, or standardisation within construction/MEP.
• Strong communication skills with ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with BIM processes and digital engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation and adoption of standardised offsite products across the business.
• Collaborate with design, estimating and project delivery to embed standardised solutions.
• Maintain and grow the Revit library in coordination with the BIM team.
• Ensure product roadmaps align with business strategy and sector needs.
• Promote DFMA principles and drive design-for-manufacture practices.
• Support tender solutions, costing models and project delivery teams.
