Job summary

Growthnext Stepsat is seeking an Offsite Standardisation Manager with an electrical/mechanical bias to lead the development and adoption of standardised offsite products. Location is Leeds, with openness to other locations, and a competitive package including a car allowance and flexible benefits.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure standardised solutions are embedded in designs and delivered on-site, while driving DFMA, BIM coordination, and market awareness to grow the product

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mechanical/electrical building services projects.
• Background in offsite manufacturing, DFMA, or standardisation within construction/MEP.
• Strong communication skills with ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with BIM processes and Revit libraries/data structures.

Responsibilities

• Health and Safety leadership and promoting a safety-first culture.
• Develop and embed standardised offsite products and DFMA principles.
• Create and maintain a structured product roadmap aligned to business needs.
• Collaborate with design, estimation and delivery teams to embed standard products.
• Coordinate with BIM team to keep Revit library updated.
