Job summary

Hunter Adams seeks a detail-focused Training and Competence Coordinator to support offshore assets and onshore teams in Scotland. This 12-month FTC part-time role coordinates training requirements, maintains records and helps improve the systems that support employee competence.

You will liaise with training providers and internal stakeholders, manage CMS and TMS workflows, and produce regular compliance reports.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate records.
• Experience with training competence administration or systems is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training and recertification against the training matrix and arrange onboard trainers where required.
• Build relationships with training providers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records within the Training Management System (TMS).
• Support development of the Competence Management System (CMS) and onboarding on CMS.
• Coordinate regulatory documentation and licences renewals as required.
• Help ensure assessors and verifiers are in place to support competence assessments.
• Produce regular training and competence compliance reports for offshore assets and onshore teams.
• Collaborate with system providers to improve platform functionality and reporting.
• Review training invoices for discrepancies and client recharges.
