Qualifications

• Higher education qualification with preferred further education certification.
• Experience with training management systems and competence management.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, GAS, offshore energy or a regulated industry.
• Knowledge of safety case, regulatory and legislative training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage training frameworks across offshore and onshore GAS assets.
• Maintain competence assurance frameworks and registers.
• Maintain Training & Competence Management System records and profiles.
• Prepare and issue training, competence and assurance reports.
• Develop and maintain assessment programmes for safety-critical and technical roles.
• Support audits and inspections involving training and competence.
