Qualifications

• Three (3) years oilfield experience including at least one year in personnel logistics.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams on personnel allocations for all projects.
• Assist the Operations Manager in managing field support staff.
• Collaborate with Global Mobility to match project requirements with crew availability and competencies.
• Ensure journey management plans for field personnel and respond to variances.
• Provide feedback on field staff performance to Operations Manager.
• Identify offshore training, regulatory compliance, and competency needs with Training & Competency.
• Support operational excellence initiatives and participate in HSE activities.
