Accord Business Partnerships Limited is seeking a Crewing Coordinator in Aberdeen to support offshore, energy and maritime clients. You will coordinate personnel requirements, crew changes and project manning, ensuring certifications and trainings are current and compliant.

Qualificações

• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Excellent administrative and time management skills.
• Strong communication abilities and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Familiar with offshore personnel certification, training, and mobilisation requirements.
• Knowledge of MLC 2006 requirements is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate personnel requirements, crew changes and project manning levels with client crewing departments.
• Plan and manage crew changes, monitor availability, and ensure certifications and training are valid.
• Maintain training and certification matrices and arrange required training.
• Coordinate mobilisation including travel, accommodation, transport, visas and client requirements.
• Track movements, timesheets and expenses and support payroll processes.
