Job summary

Imperial Recruitment Group is seeking a proactive People Coordinator based in Darlington to support the mobilisation of offshore crew to worksites and vessels. The role blends travel logistics, certification tracking and daily liaison with crew, agencies and shipping agents.

You will coordinate changes, ensure certifications are up to date and manage documentation, invoicing and on-call support in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Numerate and comfortable handling data, trackers and systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew changes, mobilisations and demobilisations in line with schedules and project requirements.
• Ensure offshore crew hold required competencies and certifications; record in HR system.
• Arrange offshore training, survivals and medicals with training providers.
• Arrange travel, visas and work permits in a cost-effective, timely manner.
• Liaise with manning agencies and worldwide shipping agents for crew transfer requirements.
• Track and report offshore crew utilisation for competency planning.
• Maintain accurate, secure personnel files for permanent staff.
• Ensure timesheets are submitted on time and verify invoices.
• Provide on-call support as required.
