Job summary

Intermoor Ltd is seeking a Crewing Co-Ordinator based in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen, to coordinate sourcing, mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel and contractors for project and operational needs.

The role requires ensuring competency, training, certification, and IR35 compliance, while maintaining accurate records and supporting workforce planning in a busy offshore environment.

Qualifications

• Good general education with numeracy and literacy
• Experience or knowledge of IR35/off-payroll rules preferred
• Experience coordinating personnel mobilisation/dem mobilisation
• Experience maintaining personnel training and competency records
• Familiarity with ERP systems or similar personnel management software

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and engagement of personnel and contractors to meet project needs
• Mobilise and demobilise personnel in line with project requirements
• Prepare Contracts for Services for third-party contractors and gather required information for ERP setup
• Ensure IR35/off-payroll assessments are completed before engagement
• Issue call-off/mobilisation instructions with assignment details, location, travel and accommodation
• Maintain personnel records, CVs, training, and competency matrices
• Maintain the Personnel Tracker and Availability Matrix for planning
• Provide regular updates to the Duty Person for out-of-hours mobilisation
• Coordinate offshore travel and helicopter bookings with client logistics
• Arrange travel, accommodation and visa/immigration for international assignments
• Support Duty/on-call rota administration and attendance at meetings
• Contribute to process improvements and compliance with QHSE standards
