The Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Crewing Coordinator to join our team, supporting clients across the offshore, energy and maritime sectors.

- Maintain client training and certification matrices, arranging and coordinating training as required.
- Coordinate personnel mobilisation, including travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, visas and other client-specific requirements.
- Track personnel movements, timesheets and expenses, working closely with Finance and Payroll to support accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Act as the main point of contact for personnel on assigned projects, responding to queries and providing operational support.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, providing responsive and effective crewing support.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure all crewing documentation is current and compliant.
- Prepare client reports, maintain cost trackers and respond promptly to information requests.
- Ensure all crewing activities meet client requirements, relevant legislation and industry best practice, including applicable MLC 2006 requirements.
- Support company objectives, continuous improvement initiatives and the maintenance of Accord's Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Participate in an on-call rota, providing out-of-hours support for operational issues and emergencies when required.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised, with excellent administration and time management skills.
- Confident managing competing priorities and responding to changing operational requirements.
- A strong communicator, capable of building effective relationships with clients, personnel and colleagues at all levels.

- Proactive, adaptable and able to identify opportunities for improvement.
- IT proficient, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using crewing or personnel management systems.
