Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming customer enquiries by phone and email.
  • Updating customer details and requirements on the internal system.
  • Preparing and issuing quotations.
  • Progressing applications to completion, following Underwriter instructions.
  • Issuing policy documentation and certificates.
  • Liaising regularly with Underwriters and customers to move cases forward.
  • Supporting the ongoing development of the company’s social media presence (desirable).

  • Up to c £26,000 per annum (DOE)
  • Full time - 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
  • Hybrid working after qualifying / settling-in period

Our client, a highly respected and long-established insurance business specialising in bespoke cover for non-standard risks and hazardous pursuits, is looking to welcome an Office / Support Administrator into their friendly team in Brackley.

This is a varied, people-centred role that would suit someone with strong administration experience, great communication skills and a sharp eye for detail. You ll be working closely with both customers and Underwriters, supporting the full policy process from initial enquiry through to completion. The environment is professional, supportive and structured, with clear guidance and training in place.

Office and Support Administrator - What you ll be doing:
