A local primary school in Hempstalls is seeking an Office Services Manager to ensure efficient administrative functions while supporting the Headteacher and staff. We are seeking an Office Services Manager to join Wood Lane Primary School. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the school’s administrative functions, provide excellent support for the Headteacher and staff team within a fast-paced environment of a busy small school.
Salary: £27,254 pro rata
Hours: 37 hours per week. 46.20 weeks per year (inc notional weeks). Term time only + 2 weeks + inset.

Previous experience in education and of working in a busy office is required.
Financial and HR training, knowledge of the SIMS ICT program would be advantageous although helpful, is not essential.
Experience in working with senior staff who hold a challenging caseload of priorities is beneficial.
