Overview

Office Manager (Part-Time - 4 Days per Week)

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join our dynamic and fast-growing global recruitment agency.

This is a key part-time position where you will ensure the smooth running of our office operations, provide essential support to the leadership team, and play a central role in maintaining a productive and professional working environment.

This role is based in the Nottingham office but will have light touch support across 5 other locations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Nottingham office to ensure it runs efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage facilities, supplies, equipment, and service providers.
  • Provide administrative support to directors as required, including meeting coordination and document preparation.
  • Arrange and book travel for sales professionals across the group.
  • Support diary and travel planning for senior team members on an ad hoc basis.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Help coordinate company meetings, events, and team activities.
  • Ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and well-organised office environment for staff and visitors.
About You
  • Proven experience in an Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Confident communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a varied workload.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in a recruitment or fast-paced professional services environment is a plus.
