We are seeking an experienced Office Manager or Team Assistant for a well-established Marketing Firm. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of overseeing the smooth operation of daily office activities. This role offers variety and hands-on responsibilities, perfect for someone with a strong background in administration and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure efficiency.
  2. Manage travel arrangements, courier bookings, and outgoing mail.
  3. Maintain accurate records of staff absences, holidays, sick leave, and annual leave.
  4. Track and process expense claims with timely and accurate reporting.
  5. Liaise with suppliers and contractors for office maintenance and facility needs.
  6. Assist in planning internal events, team socials, and company functions.
  7. Provide general administrative support across the business as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Previous experience in administration, operations, or office management roles.
  2. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  3. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  4. Self-motivated, dependable, and confident working independently.
