Hours: 08:00 - 18:00 (Monday to Friday, in office)

Our client, a boutique high-end property investment company based in Harrow, is seeking a dynamic and organized Personal Assistant and Office Manager to support the CEO and manage office operations. This role offers a great learning opportunity for the right candidate, focusing on ensuring smooth office functioning, administrative support, and assisting with strategic initiatives. An interest in real estate is welcomed.

The ideal candidate will be a key operational support for the company. We are interested in candidates with experience in Office Management, Personal Assistance, and Project Coordination. Responsibilities include ensuring daily operations run seamlessly, providing executive support, tracking projects meticulously, and overseeing HR tasks.

  1. Utilize multiple IT platforms such as Trello and Asana
  2. Take accurate and well-presented minutes during meetings
  3. Attend senior and Board meetings
  4. Prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action points
  5. Coordinate internal and external communications
  6. Arrange car servicing, insurance renewals, and vehicle registrations
  7. Book travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
  8. Check in all traveling guests and accommodate their travel needs
  9. Distribute meeting notes and action points, and follow up accordingly
  10. Use multiple applications and platforms including Trello, Asana, and Microsoft Office
