About The Role

We are looking to strengthen our Administration team with an Office Manager based in Bournemouth.

You will report directly to the Framework Director, and your role will include management and administration of shared office and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office premises, facilities, and administrative services to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations.
  • Interface with landlords, reception, and other service providers.
  • Promote office initiatives, communications, and fundraising events.
  • Develop and manage online and manual filing systems.
  • Carry out administrative tasks ensuring compliance with BMS and document management systems.
  • Support and assist nominated Senior Leaders in MWHT.
  • Participate in external networking, conferences, associations, and groups relevant to the role for professional development.
  • Maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach, providing honest feedback.
  • Undertake additional duties, training, and hours as reasonably required, consistent with the role's responsibilities.
  • Present a professional and positive image in all internal and external contacts, maintaining constructive relationships.
  • Ensure appropriate confidentiality at all times.
  • Support project teams with GRN's and other financial activities.
About You

Essential:

  • Experience working as an office manager in an office environment.
  • Premises management experience and knowledge.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent IT skills, including SharePoint, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and social media.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
