Our operations team plays a key role in coordinating staff, managing job schedules, and ensuring excellent client service.This role has been created specifically for the JobStart Scheme to provide an entry-level opportunity for an individual to gain practical experience in office administration and operations support. The participant will learn how to assist with scheduling, customer communication, and data management, developing valuable business and organisational skillsLocation: Belfast (office-based with potential for hybrid work as appropriate).Training: Full on-the-job training, mentoring, and regular progress reviews provided.Progression: Participants who demonstrate reliability and enthusiasm may be considered for a permanent role or further training opportunities within Gracehill UK.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the coordination of property maintenance and cleaning schedules.
  • Support customer service activities, including handling calls, responding to emails, and logging requests.
  • Help maintain accurate digital records, spreadsheets, and job tracking systems.
  • Support general office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Learn how to prioritise and manage multiple daily tasks efficiently.
  • Assist with social media updates or internal communications as required.
  • Communicate effectively with maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure smooth operations.
