Job summary

A leading outdoor products company based in Scotland is seeking an Administrator to assist the Operations Manager in the sales office and order processing. This role includes managing communication with sales teams, processing sales orders, and handling customer claims and invoicing. Ideal candidates will have good organizational and communication skills along with some experience in administrative functions. Preference will be given to candidates who can start as soon as possible.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales order processing is advantageous.

Mims and Errington Reay are amongst the UK's leading brands of outdoor pots and garden products to the garden centres and major retailers for over 37 years. Due to increased sales, we are recruiting for an Administrator to support the Operations Manager in sales office and order processing functions.

  • General administration managing all communications with sales and merchandising teams
  • Assisting the sales team regarding stock levels
  • Processing sales orders and preparing orders for delivery
  • Handling claims with customers
  • Processing invoices and credit notes
  • Any other duties to meet the operational needs of the business and holiday cover

Preferred start date 5 Jan 2026 but will consider early start for suitable applicants
