Job description

Job Title: OEM Sales Engineer

At Oxford Instruments Andor, we are devoted to accelerating scientific advancements by developing impactful products for our customers' research. We are hiring an OEM Sales Engineer to meet and exceed sales targets in the EMEA territory, serving as the primary contact for existing and potential OEM customers. This role involves working closely with the OEM Sales Manager and other sales resources to develop territory plans and achieve strategic goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all OEM sales activities within the assigned territory for the OI Andor portfolio.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key OEM accounts and prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with Service, Marketing, Applications, and other sales units to meet targets.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Materials Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience with technical scientific products such as spectroscopy or confocal microscopy.
  • Minimum of 2 years managing OEM customer relationships.
  • Proven experience in developing sales strategies tailored to specific territories.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office applications.
Additional Details:

This is a permanent, home-based position ideally in Germany, with consideration for applicants in France, Netherlands, or UK.
