Job summary

Bradley Nursery School, Bradley Road East, Nelson, Lancashire, BB9 7QH, is seeking at least two knowledgeable, highly motivated Teaching Assistants to join our friendly nursery team.

You will work with children aged 2-4, support play and learning indoors and outdoors, be a key person, and contribute to assessment under the EYFS. This part-time, term-time role offers pro-rata pay based on full-time equivalent.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with nursery aged children (2-4 years).
• Sound working knowledge of EYFS for 2-5 years.
• Ability to nurture, relate and engage positively with children.
• Ability to deliver short group learning activities.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of activities and programmes for 2-4 year olds.
• Support learning and assessment under the EYFS framework.
• Act as a key person for assigned children.
• Contribute to indoor and outdoor play activities.
• Collaborate with nursery staff to support learning goals.
